Martin Kellerhals is the managing director and owner of KM Knowledge Management International. He advises and supports companies in the areas of process and project management, quality management, sustainability and innovation. As a part-time lecturer, he teaches at universities and institutions of continuing professional development in the area of a) new technologies, including unmanned systems (aerial, terrestrial & nautical) in the civil and military sectors, b) corporate management, c) change management, d) human resources management, e) organisational development, as well as project and process management. He also acts as an examination author and expert for Swiss federal examinations in these areas. As a certified assessor EFQM (European Foundation of Quality Management), he assesses the maturity level of companies in Switzerland. He is a member of the jury of the international Global Most Innovative Knowledge Enterprise (MIKE) Award. Martin Kellerhals has extensive management and practical experience as an entrepreneur and lecturer in adult education. He gained this experience in functions such as head of operations in air transport, organizer, project manager, sales manager, marketing manager, member of the executive board and independent entrepreneur in small, medium-sized and also large international companies in the fields of banking and insurance, IT, healthcare, public administration and management consultancy sectors. In addition to his professional commitment, Martin Kellerhals continued his education and completed his studies as a business economist KSZ, organizer, PR consultant BR/SPRG and lecturer. At the Cranfield School of Management in London, he deepened his studies in management, leadership, coaching and completed the Advanced Training program in higher management with an award for outstanding performance. As President of the Swiss Drone Association, he led the association’s efforts relative to the integration of the new EASA regulations.
